An opportunity to gather for workshops, activities, and speakers that focus on ACA recovery.  Also a great place to meet lots of other ACA's from Maryland, DC, and Northern Virginia.

The Laundry List Traits

From Shame to Strength

All ACA's have some or even all of the laundry list traits.  The traits were literally a foundation for survival during childhood.  However, these survival traits have become a hindrance in adulthood.  This recovery day focuses on identifying our traits, associated behaviors, and their consequences (the problem) and bringing forth our true self and integrating these traits into our being (the solution).
